Hey this is interesting..did you know that potatoes have more potassium than bananas?
In fact, potatoes have about TWICE as much potassium than bananas! We need potassium for healthy muscle function, and YES the HEART is a muscle! A very important one.
The purpose of this post is not to say that potatoes are better than bananas by any means, but rather just to bring awareness to a nutrition fact that we may have overlooked in the past.
