Answer: WHATEVER THE HECK YOU WANT!!!
Maybe you don’t eat meat. Maybe you just ran a marathon. Maybe you like ice cream. Maybe you only have a dollar to spend. Maybe this is your last meal at McDonald’s ever. Maybe this is your first meal at McDonald’s ever. Maybe you are allergic to dairy. Maybe you are on a road trip and it’s the only place open. Maybe you just want coffee. Maybe you are trying to lose weight. Maybe your doctor told you to lower your sodium intake. Maybe you just love happy meals. Maybe you want a snack. Maybe you are ordering for someone else. Maybe you want to try the new burger. Maybe you want some chicken nuggets. MAYBE YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE TO JUSTIFY WHAT YOU ORDER TO ANYBODY ELSE!
Maybe other people shouldn’t dictate what YOU order at McDonald’s.
No one knows your situation better than yourself. So whatever you order, make sure you are aware of WHY you are eating what you are eating. Did you satiate and balance the Three H’s?
