The one thing you should absolutely never ever do after eating isFEEL GUILTY.

That’s right– NEVER feel guilty about what you ate, how much you ate, what you didn’t eat, when you ate..ANYTHING. No guilt. Guilt is bad. Food is not bad. But guilt IS definitely bad bad bad.

Food should make us feel happy, satisfied, nourished. NEVER guilty!

Educate yourself on the nutrition in foods. Be AWARE of the nutritional content in the foods you are consuming. Then choose to either eat or not eat. Choose how much to eat. It is your choice. CHOICE. If you choose to do something, presumably you are acting in the best interest for your health and happiness for that particular moment in time.

Right? Ok good. Now. Go eat and be happy!
