    1. Hi bumblebecks! I checked our your blog and think you have great drive. I’d like to suggest focusing more on happiness and positivity, and small lifestyle changes in accomplishing your fitness and diet goals. Restricting some of the foods/drinks that you love may only result in a temporary change (and comes at the expense of forgoing things you enjoy). It is a lifestyle change that brings the best results. And the best results do not necessarily mean looking like the celebrity model on cosmo magazine. It means looking like the best version of you. Also, ask yourself what sorts of foods you would like to consume in your ideal life, and how much exercise you can realistically incorporate into your schedule, and then learn to love your body for how it naturally looks when you are at your happiest and healthiest (aka living the life you want to live without being bogged down by strict rules).

      1. that’s some of the best advice I’ve had, think it’s time to stop choking down cod as I hate it!
